Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities :

Design, develop, configure, test, and deploy manufacturing solutions using Dassault Systčmes DELMIA Apriso MES/MOM.

  1. Develop Apriso business processes, screens, workflows, configurations, and custom functionalities based on manufacturing requirements.

  2. Translate functional requirements and process specifications into technical solutions within the Apriso platform.

  3. Develop and maintain Apriso Process Builder solutions, user interfaces, business components, and reusable objects.

  4. Configure manufacturing operations such as Production Execution, Quality, Traceability, Warehouse/Material Management, Maintenance, and Equipment Integration.

  5. Integrate Apriso MES with enterprise and shop-floor systems such as SAP/ERP, PLM, APS, PLCs, IoT gateways, test systems, and equipment interfaces.

  6. Develop and support interfaces using REST/SOAP Web Services, XML, JSON, SQL, and other integration technologies.

  7. Perform database development including SQL queries, stored procedures, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

  8. Support master-data integration including materials, BOM, routing, work centres, resources, equipment, and production orders.

  9. Implement production traceability, genealogy, WIP tracking, material consumption, quality inspection, rework, NCR, and shop-floor data collection requirements.

  10. Perform unit testing, integration testing, defect fixing, and support SIT/UAT activities.

  11. Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis for Apriso applications and integrations.

  12. Prepare technical design documents, configuration documents, deployment documents, and application support documentation.

  13. Follow coding standards, development guidelines, version control, and release/deployment procedures.

  14. Work closely with Solution Architects, Functional Consultants, Project Managers, integration teams, automation teams, and customer manufacturing teams.

  15. Participate in requirement workshops and provide technical feasibility and effort estimates.

  16. Support application deployment across DEV, QA, UAT, and Production environments.

  17. Provide post-go-live stabilization and application support when required.

Qualifications

Educational qualification:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Manufacturing Engineering, or related engineering discipline.

  2. Master's degree or relevant DELMIA Apriso certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience :

  1. 3–8 years of overall IT / Manufacturing Systems experience.

  2. Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on DELMIA Apriso MES/MOM development experience.

  3. Experience in at least one or more complete Apriso implementation / rollout projects covering design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

  4. Experience working in manufacturing domains such as Automotive, Semiconductor, Electronics, Aerospace, Industrial Manufacturing, Battery/EV, Medical Devices, or Consumer Products is preferred.

Mandatory/requires Skills :

  1. Strong hands-on experience with Dassault Systčmes DELMIA Apriso MES/MOM.

  2. Apriso Process Builder development and configuration.

  3. Apriso screen/UI development and business process configuration.

  4. Strong understanding of MES concepts including:

    • Production Execution

    • Work Order Management

    • WIP Tracking

    • Material Consumption

    • Genealogy and Traceability

    • Quality Management

    • Rework and Repair

    • Resource / Equipment Management

    • Shop-floor Data Collection

  5. Strong knowledge of SQL Server and SQL programming.

  6. Experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML/CSS or related technologies used within Apriso solutions.

  7. Experience developing and consuming REST/SOAP Web Services.

  8. Knowledge of XML, JSON and interface/message structures.

  9. Experience with MES-to-ERP integration, preferably SAP–Apriso integration.

  10. Understanding of manufacturing master data such as Material, BOM, Routing, Work Centre, Resource, Equipment and Production Orders.

  11. Good debugging, troubleshooting, and root-cause-analysis skills.

  12. Experience in SIT, UAT, deployment, defect management and production support.

  13. Ability to understand manufacturing business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

  14. Good communication and customer interaction skills.

 

Preferred Skills :

DELMIA Apriso certification.

  1. Experience with Apriso modules such as Production, Quality, Warehouse, Maintenance, Machine Integration and Global Process Manager.

  2. Knowledge of Apriso Machine Integrator (MI) or equipment integration.

  3. Experience integrating MES with PLCs, SCADA, IoT gateways, OPC UA, MQTT, Kepware or Ignition.

  4. Knowledge of SECS/GEM equipment integration, particularly for semiconductor manufacturing.

  5. Experience with SAP PP/MM/QM/EWM integration.

  6. Experience with PLM systems and APS solutions such as DELMIA Ortems.

  7. Understanding of Industry 4.0, Smart Manufacturing and IT/OT integration architectures.

  8. Experience with source-control and DevOps tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins or equivalent.

  9. Knowledge of manufacturing standards such as ISA-95 / IEC 62264.

  10. Experience in high-volume or discrete manufacturing environments.

  11. Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.

  12. Exposure to multi-site MES rollout and global manufacturing programs.
