Job Description

  • Support the planning and execution of daily inbound logistics operations involving both road and container transportation.
  • Monitor and coordinate shipment arrivals, warehouse unloading activities, and inventory receiving processes.
  • Track operational performance indicators and contribute to capacity planning and workload balancing initiatives.
  • Prepare, analyze, and distribute operational reports to support management decision-making.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, transportation, customs, and planning teams to ensure smooth execution of logistics activities.
  • Follow up on customs documentation and operational readiness requirements to prevent delays.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks, investigate root causes, and support resolution activities.
  • Maintain and improve logistics tracking tools, operational dashboards, and reporting systems.
  • Ensure data accuracy across logistics databases and operational monitoring platforms.
  • Participate in process improvement projects focused on efficiency, service quality, and operational excellence.
  • Assist in analyzing warehouse throughput, vehicle turnaround times, and unloading performance.
  • Support communication with logistics service providers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely information flow.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Business Administration, International Trade, Economics or related disciplines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and a passion for working with operational data.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic operational environment.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
