Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
- Work hand-in-hand with our Lead R&D Engineers, assisting them in the design, optimization, and modification of thermal and hydraulic product architectures;
- Support the execution of thermodynamic and hydraulic performance tests in our state-of-the-art laboratories, helping Lead Engineers gather, process, and analyze critical experimental data;
- Assist the lead team in analyzing international standards, compiling clear technical reports, and supporting engineering change management (ECM) processes;
- Participate actively in troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and brainstorming sessions alongside senior technical experts to solve complex product challenges;
- Support communication and technical data sharing between the Lead Engineers and key departments like Quality, Product Management, and Manufacturing.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field;
- A genuine passion for thermodynamics, hydraulics, fluid mechanics, and sustainable green technologies;
- Good communication skills in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken;
- Good problem-solving skills, structured thinking, and attention to detail when handling technical data.
