Your contribution to something big:
You support the team in day-to-day operational and administrative activities within a Salesforce CRM and Conga CLM environment, helping to ensure stable business continuity during maternity coverage.
You collaborate with business stakeholders and the remaining project team to gather, clarify, and document requirements, change requests, and operational needs.
You create clear, concise, and actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, process descriptions, and documentation in alignment with business needs.
You help structure and prioritize incoming business requests, ensuring transparency and efficient follow-up with stakeholders and delivery teams.
You work in close partnership with consultants, developers, and product owners to support implementation activities, provide clarification, and track open topics to closure.
You actively participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog refinement, planning, reviews, and follow-up activities.
You support user acceptance testing and regression testing by preparing test cases, coordinating feedback, documenting results, and following up on defects.
You take care of structured stakeholder communication, including status updates, meeting preparation, minutes, and follow-up tracking.
You prepare and maintain functional, process, and project documentation to keep information transparent and up to date.
You support roll-out, onboarding, and training activities for business users, especially by preparing materials and coordinating support requests.
You bring practical experience in agile project environments and are comfortable working with distributed, international teams.
You are able to visualize, summarize, and present complex business and system topics in a clear and pragmatic way.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
A degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
Practical experience as a Business Analyst, Consultant, or in a similar role in an IT project environment.
Good understanding of CRM, sales, or contract-related business processes; experience with Salesforce CRM or CLM solutions is beneficial.
Ability to gather, structure, and document requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process descriptions, and open topics in a clear and actionable way.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, consultants, developers, and product owners.
Structured, reliable, and pragmatic working style, with the willingness to take ownership of operational and administrative tasks.
Experience in agile project environments, ideally with knowledge of SAFe or similar agile frameworks.
Ability to summarize, visualize, and present complex topics in a clear and understandable way.
Fluent English skills.
Additional experience that would be beneficial:
Experience with Conga CLM or another Contract Lifecycle Management tool.
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM administration or operational support activities.
Basic familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform toolset.
