The Engineer - Data Science & Analytics is responsible for developing data analytics models and solutions to extract business insights from complex datasets. This role involves performing data analysis, building visualizations, and implementing statistical methods to support data-driven decision-making across various business and technical requirements.

Main Roles and Responsibilities 

• Develop and implement data collection processes from various sources to build comprehensive datasets for analysis as per communication and alignment with customer or customer interface.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in datasets.
• Create data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate analytical findings to stakeholders.
• Apply statistical techniques and foundational machine learning algorithms to build predictive models under guidance.
• Utilize programming languages to clean, transform, and analyze data.
• Execute data validation and quality checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of analytical results.
• Contribute to the team's knowledge base by documenting data sources, methodologies, and analysis results.
• Collaborate with team members to refine analysis questions and support the delivery of data projects.
• Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, regulatory requirements, company policies, and quality frameworks applicable to the role and assigned projects.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Managers.

Job Requirements

Experience

• Proven experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and SQL.
• Basic understanding of statistical concepts and machine learning algorithms.

Professional Competence

• Data Analysis.
• Data Management.
• Data Modelling and Design.
• Python (Programming Language).
• PyTorch.
• Vector DB.
• Proficient in English Communication
• Proficient in Office Applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel, PPT)

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
