Job Description

Sales, Commercial & Logistics Coordination Support :

  • Reporting of logistic and financial KPIs
  • SAP Order management – account receivables reporting
  • Change management: Distributing documents via customer portal  
  • Logistics claims : registration and follow up
  • Interest for finance and accounting topics
  • Customer specific requirements : Registration and follow-up
  • Project work
  • General support for sales, logistics and commercial team

Qualifications

  • You are currently a business student with, by preference, specialization Business Administration, Logistics and Finance.
  • Languages: fluent in English. German / Dutch / French is a plus.
  • Very good computer skills in MS Office (e.g., Excel and PowerPoint); SAP is an asset
  • Very good analytical and communication skills
  • Organized and structured problem solver
  • Pro-active towards process improvements
  • Ability to work independently and with deadlines

Additional Information

If you are a student enrolled in a University/College (or if you are available for a voluntary internship outside a university curriculum) you will be granted an allowance of € 1116.80/month.

- If you want to apply for a voluntary internship, you must be a citizen of the EU or have a work permit in Belgium.

- In case you need to do a mandatory internship, your University/College must be located in a member state of the EU.
