Job Description

💼 Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join Bosch as an HR Intern. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various Human Resources functions while working closely with experienced HR professionals. You will contribute to meaningful projects, and gain exposure to HR processes, employee lifecycle activities, and HR digitalization initiatives within a global organization.

🎯 What you will do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Assist in preparing HR reports, presentations, documentation, and communications for internal stakeholders.
  • Support the development and maintenance of HR dashboards and reports to enable data-driven decision-making and workforce insights, including exploring the application of AI tools to enhance reporting and predictive analytics.
  • Contribute to HR process improvement, digitalization, and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
  • Participate in HR projects, process reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders where required.
  • Provide support for other HR activities, initiatives, and ad hoc projects as assigned.

Qualifications

👤 What We’re Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at different levels or functions.
  • Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated interest in HR operations, process improvement, digitalization, automation, or analytics.
  • Interest in leveraging digital technologies such as Generative AI, Power BI, Power Automate, or similar tools to improve work processes.
  • Comfortable working with data and translating insights into meaningful business recommendations.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Able to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a collaborative team.
