The company design and develops world class Hydraulic Brake System Parts that include Boosters, Tandem master cylinders and Proportionating valves. The Control Division develops innovative components, systems and functions in the field of vehicle safety, vehicle dynamics and driver assistance like ABS and ESP.RBIC would soon be expanding portfolio in passive safety and other Driver assistance products.

Job Description

Keys Tasks & Responsibilities of current position:

  1. Aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals while driving talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
  2. Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business goals, identify talent risks, and develop HR strategies that enhance performance and engagement.
  3. Talent and Organizational Development: Support performance management, succession planning, leadership development, internal mobility, and organizational design initiatives.
  4. Learning & Development : Support competence development across the organization. Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to build capabilities across levels.  
  5. Manage conflict resolution, grievance investigations, and policy interpretation, while identifying systemic patterns and coaching managers.
  6. Workforce Planning and Change Management: Translate business priorities into strategic hiring plans, team structures, capability building, and communication strategies to guide employees through organizational changes.
  7. Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze HR data metrics, engagement trends, retention, and performance data to inform leadership decisions and improve HR programs.
  8. Leadership and Coaching: Provide guidance and mentorship to HR teams, ensuring effective delivery of HR services across the organization.
  9. Reporting team will aslo be responsible for GA, internship, fixed term, external (white collar) employee management, Expat Management (inbound/outbound), overseeing employee engagement initiatives in plant, Gratuity & Superannuation operations management for both M&SS & PT, Insurance & Mediclaim management.

 

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: Typically 10- 15 years of progressive HR experience.
