As a Server Operations Center Specialist, you will be at the heart of our IT operations, monitoring enterprise systems, responding to incidents, and ensuring the stability and performance of our global infrastructure. If you enjoy solving technical challenges, collaborating with international teams, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, this role is for you.

Tasks:

  • Solving, escalating and tracking of system incidents according to the defined Service Levels
  • Analyzing, assessing and investigating alerts, warnings and errors generated by the corporate IT systems, applications and infrastructure components and issued by users
  • Performing operational tasks connected with corporate IT infrastructure (Remote Infrastructure Management)
  • Cooperation with other support teams within entire organization
  • Building-up and contributing to Knowledge Base

Qualifications

 

  • IT support experience
  • technical knowledge in one or more from the following areas Windows Servers, Unix/Linux, Virtualization (preferred Nutanix), Storage and Databases (MS SQL, Oracle),
  • knowledge of IT infrastructure
  • very good English (written and spoken)
  • team-working
  • stress-resistance
  • willingness to learn

Nice to have:

  • ITSM knowledge (ITIL certification would be an advantage)
  • Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure etc)
  •  Automation tools (Ansible, Python)
