BGSV – Bosch Global Software Technologies Company Limited (Previous name: RBVH - Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Vietnam Company Limited) is 100% owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH.
BGSV has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development….) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally.
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Embedded Software Engineer (1-year contractor) to contribute immediately to our ongoing projects. This role involves comprehensive responsibilities, including developing and directing software validation and testing methodologies, and leading initiatives for embedded product programming.
As part of the Bosch group, you will join a global team dedicated to developing cutting-edge Embedded Software for Engine Control Units (ECUs), supplying world-class OEMs across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
- Ability to partner with the software project team to understand needs from a project and customer perspective, ensuring proper requirement alignment and priority setting.
- Design, develop, and maintain software components and systems for automotive applications.
- Implement continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical decision-making.
Qualifications
Mandatory requirements
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Version Control & CI/CD: Proven experience with Git, Git Actions, and Jenkins.
- Programming Languages & Tools: Proficiency in:
- Python (including data processing libraries like Pandas and frameworks like Django)
- C/ C++, CMake, Java, Groovy, QVTO
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of the automotive industry and the principles of embedded systems development.
- Software development process: Familiarity and practical experience with Agile and Kanban methodologies in the context of embedded development.
Nice-to-have:
- Back-end Development: Prior skills or competency as a back-end developer.
- Automotive Standards: Experience with AUTOSAR integration.
- Modeling & Tools: Knowledge of MATLAB Simulink.
- Additional Languages & Platforms: Experience with Perl, C#, .NET.
- DevOps & Infrastructure: Familiarity with Docker, OpenShift, SSH, and DNS.
Additional Information
