Our Mobility Aftermarket Quality Management (MA/QMM) organization is driving a global digital transformation to standardize quality management processes and document governance worldwide.

As part of this transformation, we are replacing the legacy SOCOS document management system with Babtec Document Control and modern digital platforms.

We are looking for motivated Working Students who would like to actively contribute to this international transformation project while gaining practical experience in Quality Management, Digitalization, Process Management, and Data Analytics.

As a Working Student, you will support our international transformation project "Shut-down SOCOS @ MA".

Depending on your interests and strengths, you will contribute to several of the following activities:

► Document Migration
► Digital Content & Training (create and update digital training material using Synthesia, produce short instructional videos and eLearning modules)
► Process & Data Management

• Prepare migration reports and dashboards
• Support Power BI reporting and visualization
• Analyze document statistics and migration progress
• Prepare presentations for international management meetings

► Project Management Support

• Maintain project documentation
• Track action items and milestones
• Coordinate meetings and follow-up activities
• Support rollout activities across worldwide Bosch locations

► Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization
• Support digitalization initiatives within MA/QMM
• Contribute ideas for improving collaboration and document governance

We are looking for proactive and motivated students who enjoy working in an international environment.

Must have

• Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management, Digital Business, Quality Management or a comparable field
• Very good English skills (written and spoken)
• Good MS Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience with AI tools (e.g., Synthesia, ChatGPT, Copilot)
• Experience with Power BI
• Strong analytical and structured way of working
• High level of reliability and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international team

Nice to have

• Interest in Digital transformation
• Basic understanding of document management systems
• German language skills
