Job Description

1. 管理和培养服务销售支持与协助商机跟进(day by day to team role

Service Sales Support and Opportunity Follow-up

  • 管理和培养支持服务销售团队开展客户需求梳理、服务方案准备、报价资料整理及内部审批流程跟进,优化现有流程。
    Support the service sales team in customer requirement clarification, service proposal preparation, quotation documentation, and internal approval follow-up.
  • 协助跟进服务类商机,包括备件、维修、现场服务、升级改造、服务合同等,确保商机信息及时、准确地更新。
    Assist in following up service-related opportunities, including spare parts, repair, field service, retrofit, and service contracts, ensuring timely and accurate opportunity updates.

2. 订单支持与流程协调

Order Support and Process Coordination

  • 负责服务订单相关流程的支持与跟进,包括报价、订单创建、合同资料、交付状态、开票及回款信息协调等。
    Support and follow up service order-related processes, including quotation, order creation, contract documentation, delivery status, invoicing, and payment coordination.
  • 协调内部相关部门,及时解决订单执行过程中的异常问题,确保订单流程顺畅、信息透明、响应及时。
    Coordinate with relevant internal departments to resolve issues during order execution and ensure smooth process flow, transparent information, and timely response.
  • 跟踪服务订单执行进度,定期汇总订单状态、风险点及待解决事项,为服务销售和服务项目提供支持。
    Track service order execution progress and regularly summarize order status, risks, and pending issues to support the sales and management teams.

3. 流程优化与持续改进

Process Optimization and Continuous Improvement

  • 识别服务销售及订单管理流程中的痛点和低效环节,推动流程优化、标准化及数字化改进。
    Identify pain points and inefficiencies in service sales and order management processes, and drive process optimization, standardization, and digital improvement.
  • 主导并推动服务销售与订单管理流程的自动化、数字化及标准化改进,识别效率瓶颈,提出并实施优化方案。

lead CIP initiatives to continuously improve processes such as quotation, order handling, delivery coordination, and report generation.

  • 协助建立并完善服务业务相关流程文件、操作指南、模板及标准化工具,提高团队工作效率和执行一致性。
    Support the development and improvement of service-related process documents, work instructions, templates, and standardized tools to enhance team efficiency and execution consistency.

4. 数据分析与业务运营支持

Data Analysis and Business Operation Support

  • 负责服务销售、订单、交付及运营相关数据的收集、整理和分析,支持业务回顾和管理决策。
    Collect, consolidate, and analyze data related to service sales, orders, delivery, and operations to support business reviews and management decisions.
  • 定期准备服务销售支持、订单跟踪、流程效率、CIP进展等相关报告。
    Prepare regular reports on service sales support, order tracking, process efficiency, and CIP progress.
  • 维护内部系统中的相关数据,确保业务信息准确、完整、及时更新。
    Maintain relevant data systems to ensure accurate, complete, and timely business information.

Qualifications

  • 本科及以上学历,工业工程、工商管理、供应链管理、机械、电气自动化或相关专业优先。
    Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Automation, or related fields.
  • 具备5年以上工业企业相关工作经验,有服务运营、销售支持、订单管理、流程改进或项目协调经验者优先。
    Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in industrial companies, preferably in service operations, sales support, order management, process improvement, or project coordination.
  • 具备数字化实践经验:熟练使用数据分析工具(如Power BI, Tableau, Python),有AI相关项目(如预测性维护、智能派单、文档自动处理)经验者优先;
    Possess practical digitalization experience: Proficient in using data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Python). Experience with AI-related projects (e.g., predictive maintenance, intelligent dispatch, document auto-processing) is a strong plus.
  • 有工业自动化、高端装备制造、售后服务或工程服务行业经验者优先。
    Experience in industrial automation, high-end equipment manufacturing, after-sales service, or engineering service industries is preferred.
  • 具备良好的中英文书面及口头沟通能力。
    Good written and spoken communication skills in both Chinese and English
  • 具备良好的流程思维、问题解决能力和跨部门协调能力。
    Strong process thinking, problem-solving capability, and cross-functional coordination skills.
