Job Description

  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and objectives, and develop effective technical and commercial solutions
  • Provide technical leadership in reviewing scopes of work, evaluating project deliverables, and managing customer stakeholders
  • Convert technical opportunities into sales and support commercial processes
  • Coordinate with internal departments (such as marketing and finance) to ensure alignment on project and customer status
  • Prepare proposals that address customer requirements, including pricing and sales terms
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to achieve sales targets in line with business plans and financial objectives
  • Develop new accounts and business lines, maintain long-term customer relationships, and maximize sales opportunities
  • Create and implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with annual sales targets and company priorities
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and analyze their needs
  • Monitor competitors and industry trends within the building market to support proactive decision-making
  • Identify and develop application areas for electronically (software-controlled) hydraulic technologies in the Turkish market and support their expansion
  • Lead development, field optimization, and commissioning of electronically controlled hydraulic projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering
  • Experience in technical sales, business development, or project management
  • Knowledge of hydraulic systems and electronically controlled technologies
  • Strong customer management and communication skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Team-oriented with a results-driven mindset
  • Good command of English
