Job Description
Your contribution to something big
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Marketing professional to join our Mobility Aftermarket department. In this role, you will have a direct impact on market performance and channel development, gaining valuable exposure to a broad product and service portfolio while working in close collaboration with our sales and international teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and translate market, pricing and customer insights into clear actions for product and sales.
- Plan and execute channel-specific campaigns and promotions in collaboration with Product Specialists and Communication team.
- Coordinate product launches across channels, ensuring readiness and alignment.
- Perform structured competitor benchmarking (portfolio, pricing, positioning).
- Identify growth opportunities by analyzing sales channels and customer segments.
- Ensure alignment between strategy and execution across all activities.
- Deliver performance tracking and reporting, using KPIs to steer actions and improve results.
- Work closely with Sales teams to support targets and strengthen market position.
- Support customer events and network activations.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- Working experience in marketing coordination, product marketing, or channel marketing.
- Familiarity with the automotive aftermarket or B2B environments is a strong plus.
- Fluency in both Greek & English.
- Computer literacy, advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actions.
- Structured and hands-on approach to execution.
- Ability to work cross-functionally (Sales, Product, Communication).
- Strong communication skills – clear, practical, and results-oriented.
- Reliability in execution – you deliver, not just plan.
- Commercial understanding – you see the link between activity and sales impact.
- Pragmatic mindset – focus on what works in the market, not theory.
