We are searching for a smart junior talent to mainly support two of our most exciting growth areas: AI-enabled Training & Knowledge Management as a Service and Conversational AI as a Service. Together, we will bring next-gen AI solutions directly into customer service and take our architectures to the next level!
Your Mission:
- Architect the Future: You actively gather customer requirements, analyse them, and use them to build visionary target concepts for our training and AI solutions.
- Hands-on Proof of Concepts (PoCs): PowerPoint is old school! You develop smart PoCs to make the potential and value of our solutions directly tangible for our customers.
- Shape the Product Roadmap: You always have the latest tech trends on your radar. Whether it's new conversational AI features or immersive learning formats – you actively support the shaping of our strategic product roadmap.
- Data-Driven Product Steering: You design a smart KPI system and visualize our product performance in meaningful dashboards. Your credo: data over gut feeling!
- Process Automation & Service Ops: You uncover optimization potential in our services and support processes (e.g., via task or process mining) and drive automation projects to maximize efficiency.
Qualifications
Your Profile:
- Background: You have successfully completed a bachelor’s degree in business informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
- AI & Tech-Native: You have a strong IT affinity, use common AI applications as a matter of course, and ideally have gained initial practical experience in product management, project management, IT consulting, or software development.
- Tech Stack: Nice to have are initial experiences with Google Cloud products, ElevenLabs, Sleak AI, programming apps or similar low-code/no-code automation solutions.
- Mindset & Skills: You have a highly analytical and conceptual mind. You work in a structured, goal-oriented manner and know how to communicate complex tech topics to the right audience.
- Global Team Player: You are passionate about international collaboration and love diving deep into new tech topics.
- Languages: English (Level: min. C1), German is a very big plus
