Job Description

Operations Management : Supervise production setup as per production schedule, monitor production efficiency, manage and monitor primary production activities to fulfil SQCD target.

Resource Management: Administer the resource efficiency to achieve value stream targets e.g Productivity, OEE, IDC etc.

Continuous Improvement Process : Promote continuous improvement and learning environment by involving associates and FLMs in gradual value stream development related to SQCD KPIs. Mentor FLMs and associates on organizational change initiatives to implement transformational improvements of VS performance E.g. Agile, I4.0, BPS etc.

Communication and Collaboration : Define communication platforms with team and contribute on VS topics, e.g. goals, challenges & success, performances etc, to enhance productivity & harmonious industrial relations. Organize periodic communication with associates to strengthen industrial relations.

Skill and Competency development: Assess and plan required functional & behavioral competencies of FLMs and associates as per defined competence and skill needs. Assess training effectiveness of associates. Check performance of associates (PMS) as per defined interval to facilitate high performance culture.

Performance Management : Supervise and contribute in improving production performance and efficiency of sub value streams (OEE, levelling etc.). Establish deviation management and collaborate with CFT members to achieve targeted performance conditions.

Qualifications

B.E., B.Tech (Mechanical/Production/Electrical/Electronics)

Additional Information

Experience: 7-8 relevant experience Auto component manufacturing industry.
