的统计、分析和跟踪处理，以期达到减少或避免缺陷发生的目标，从而降低质量成本，提

▪ 负责价值流不合格品和客户投诉管理，对责任界定、原因分析、整改措施、验证等进行跟

▪ 负责质量数据收集、整理、编制质量报表，定期组织质量会议；Responsible for quality

▪ 完善价值流文件管理，并负责本部门质量管理文件的更新，配合内外部审核; Improve the

▪ 监督生产线对14Q 的执行，并定期审核，跟踪、确认改善结果; Monitor the execution of
