This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.

Manufacturing Plant: The Company is constructing its first plant of the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of production 1 million fuel injector units every year. With the new fuel injector plant we are able to meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.

R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.

• Product Audit Management and preliminary investigation for Molding and Assembly.
• Drive preventive quality management for connector business (14Q, QAM, control plan, FMEA linewalks).
• Participate in Process-FMEA moderation for new product launches and relocation/localization projects.
• Enhance quality mindset of MOE1.1, MOE1.2 and PJM1 associates for general and connector specific aspects.
• Close collaboration with DBE and Q-functions for Layered Process Confirmation (LPC), 14Q in shopfloor.
• Process Audit Coordination.
• Support 8D leader and expert tasks for Quality (internal and external).
• Define and coordinate implementation of Safe Launch activities for new SOPs.
• Define and coordinate investigations points when QZ failures linked to MOE are detected.
• Support document control in MOE1.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Have 4 years minimum in Quality Management methods in automotive industry.
• Have experience leading cross-functional teams for quality improvement and complaint management.
• Strong problem-solving skills (8D, Fishbone Diagram, Why-Why Analysis, Ishikawa, 5Why, Is-Is not).
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 requirements and Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Able to focus on quality targets (CRI, IDC, Safe launch).
• Strong quality method expertise.
• Good communication skills in English.
