Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning the purchase and supply of finished goods for resale;

  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to meet operational demands;

  • Process purchase orders and monitor supplier performance to ensure timely delivery;

  • Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and product movements in SAP;

  • Analyze supply chain data and generate reports to identify cost-reduction opportunities;

  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to resolve order discrepancies and expedite shipments;

  • Perform data entry and account reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance;

  • Monitor product quality and compliance with company standards and regulations;

  • Support after-sales operations by tracking product returns and warranty claims;

  • Prepare performance metrics and dashboards using available tools to track key supply chain indicators.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields;
  • Proven experience with SAP;
  • Advanced Excel proficiency, including expertise in formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis;
  • Previous experience with Power BI;
  • Advanced English proficiency;
  • Previous experience with international order flow processes.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with inventory management systems and supply chain processes;
  • Knowledge of procurement practices and supplier management;
  • Proficiency in data analysis and report generation;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
