Your contribution to something big

  • You will lead the project for launching new heat pump products to customers in time and within budget 
  • You will define project scope and deliverables, develop project plans, acquire and manage project resources, and monitor project progress.
  • You will lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams (including engineering, manufacturing, quality, procurement etc.) to achieve project objectives
  • You will manage project budget, including cost estimation, tracking expenditures, and reporting financial status.
  • You will facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and changes.
  • You will identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion
  • You will ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle

What distinguishes you

  • Experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering engineering or technical projects
  • Experience managing projects with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
  • Strong understanding and practical application of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Certification in Project management
  • Familiarity with the technical domain of the projects being managed (e.g., mechanical design, software development, manufacturing processes).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on risk management.
