Mechanical Engineer responsible for new product development to ensure they meet performance, quality, manufacturing, and cost requirements.Technical Integration of mechanics & electronics, Defining theIsolation clearance & creepage as per IEC 60664-1, including re-inforced isolation requirements.System & vehicle integration via finalizing the electrical interfaces for power out & communication.Ensure design to line, follow standardized elements as per common modular base concept. Interconnect technology use & release management like TIM, glue, potting, laser cleaning, plasma treatment for connector.Challenges the design elements selection against the application loads to teamPCBA Integration - Drive the contour development with clear definition on technology of PCB, Solder resist, HSP usage, layers definitions, reference designators, taboo zones for gripping in assembly stationsBrazed cooler design - Cooling concept, plastc integrated concepts know how. Clear understanding of HPDC process.
