Job Description

• Need individual with strong Understanding in AI/ML (proficiency with Popular ML framework and libraries).
• Should be proficient in Python, Individual must have experience with Voice Solution development and handson on experience in handling latest models for STT, TTS, NLP and Transformer based LLMs.
• He should have understanding of LLM training, fine tuning, quantization and deployment of model on the embedded devices.
• Key Responsibilities Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis, model development, and scripting.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals: Supervised/Unsupervised learning, Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, etc.In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Small Language Models (SLMs).
• This includes understanding their architectures (Transformers, BERT, GPT variants), fine-tuning techniques, prompt engineering, and deployment considerations.
• Proficiency with popular AI/ML frameworks/libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.
• Experience with on-device ML solutions like TensorFlow Lite, ML Kit, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
