Job Description
Role Summary
We are looking for an Intelligent Automation Support Engineer to support and maintain RPA and GenAI based Intelligent bots. Also provide support to internally developed bot platforms such as Fastlane, DIA Brain, and other intelligent automation platforms. The role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, deployment, stakeholder coordination, and production support of enterprise automation solutions.
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical troubleshooting capabilities along with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer handling skills.
Responsibilities
Monitor the performance, availability, and health of RPA & GenAI based intelligent bots and automation platforms to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bot failures, system exceptions, and production incidents in collaboration with developers and stakeholders.
Provide operational support for Bosch internal bot platforms (such as Fastlane, DIA Brain, and other automation solutions).
Act as the first point of contact for RPA-related incidents and service requests while ensuring SLA adherence and customer satisfaction.
Perform bot deployment, scheduling, monitoring, debugging, testing, and production support activities.
Support integration of RPA solutions with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and third-party systems.
Communicate incident status, risks, and resolution timelines effectively to stakeholders and management.
Manage stakeholder expectations through timely updates, transparent communication, and professional handling of escalations.
Maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and support procedures.
Collaborate with business users, developers, infrastructure teams, and support teams for smooth automation operations.
Qualifications
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in RPA development and/or production support.
Proficiency in Automation Anywhere 360.
Good understanding of RPA architecture, workflow design, APIs, databases, and system integrations.
Familiarity with incident management, SLA handling, and support processes.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong stakeholder management, customer handling, and expectation management skills.
Ability to manage escalations professionally and work independently with strong ownership.
