Job Description

领导业务/ Lead Business

  • 负责中国区热泵产品的整体销售目标制定与达成

Define and deliver short-, mid- and long-term sales targets for heat pump business across China

  • 制定并执行全国客户及渠道策略,细化至各区域重点客户

Implement customer strategy by breaking down generic and cluster-specific strategies to each regional key account

  • 渠道开发:在零售及项目渠道中识别、接洽潜在客户,建立长期合作关系

Channel development: identify and contact prospective customers, build relationships to generate future sales and repeat business in both retail and project channels

  • 渠道管理:指导经销商落实公司销售战略、交叉销售及促销活动

Channel management: guide dealers to implement sales strategy, cross-selling and promotion campaigns

 

领导他人/ Lead Others

  • 通过清晰的方针部署领导全国区域销售团队,支持团队成员发展,保持团队积极性与专业度

Lead the national sales staff via clear and structured policy deployment, support team members' development to maintain motivation, passion and efficiency

  • 在渠道开发与管理方面为区域销售团队提供指导并树立榜样

Provide coaching and be the role model to regional sales staff on channel development and management

  • 与其他跨职能部门协作,响应销售相关需求及区域支持需求

Cooperate with cross functions regarding any sales-related topics or support required by regional teams

 

自我管理/ Lead Myself

  • 持续追求客户导向,执行卓越销售流程

Continuously aim for customer orientation and implement excellent sales process

Qualifications

岗位要求

  • 学历:本科及以上,工商管理、理工科(暖通优先)

Bachelor's degree or above in business administration, science/engineering (HVAC preferred)

  • 经验:10年以上相关行业经验,5年以上团队管理经验

Minimum 10 years in related industries and 5 years of team management experience

  • 渠道能力:深刻理解本地销售渠道及其他网络的建立与维护(全国视角)

Good understanding of building and maintaining sales channels and networks at a national level

  • 技术理解:良好的供热系统及控制系统技术理解能力

Good technical understanding of heating systems and control systems

  • 软技能:高度热情与商业敏锐度

Great passion and business acumen

  • 客户导向,能够承受工作压力

Customer-oriented and able to work under pressure

Additional Information

优先考虑

  • 有热泵产品全国或多区域管理经验

Experience in national or multi-region heat pump product management

  • 有外企/500强企业工作背景

Working background in multinational/Fortune 500 companies
