Job Description
1. Role Purpose
- Lead the digital transformation of the HR function by driving structured adoption of AI, automation, and data-driven practices across the employee lifecycle.
- This role will define and execute the HR digital roadmap, enable enterprise-wide AI use cases, and build digital capability within HR to enhance efficiency, employee experience, and business impact.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. HR Digital & AI Strategy
- Define and execute the HR digital and AI roadmap aligned to business priorities.
- Identify high-impact AI and automation opportunities across Talent Acquisition, Learning, Performance, Workforce Planning, and HR Operations.
- Partner with IT, Digital, Data, and external vendors to implement scalable solutions.
- Establish governance for responsible, secure, and compliant AI usage.
B. AI Use Case Delivery
- Lead structured workshops to identify and prioritize use cases.
- Develop business cases and ROI frameworks.
- Drive pilots, proofs of concept, and enterprise-scale rollouts.
- Ensure seamless integration with HRIS and enterprise systems (evaluate API feasibility and scalability).
C. Change & Adoption
- Lead change management for digital initiatives within HR.
- Define adoption metrics (usage, productivity, satisfaction).
- Drive communication and stakeholder engagement to ensure sustained adoption.
D. Capability & Culture
- Build AI literacy and digital fluency within HR teams.
- Enable training, communities of practice, and innovation forums.
- Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
E. Data & Insights
- Strengthen data-driven decision-making through dashboards and predictive analytics.
- Partner with HR analytics to advance workforce insights.
- Ensure data quality, privacy, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Master’s degree preferred (MBA / HR / Digital Transformation)
Experience:
- 15–18 years total experience
- ~10 years in HR digital transformation within large, reputed organizations
- Prior experience in core HR roles leading strategic HR initiatives
- Minimum 2 years leading AI-driven HR use cases at enterprise scale
- Experience implementing enterprise HR platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, etc.)
- Proven delivery of cross-functional digital programs including analytics, automation, dashboards, and vendor evaluation
