This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.

Manufacturing Plant: The Company is constructing its first plant of the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of production 1 million fuel injector units every year. With the new fuel injector plant we are able to meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.

R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.

• Manage and control production process to to achieve production plan with SQCD to follow company standard.
• Stock for molding part / Relowisa / Kanban / Q'ty part in SAP system.
• Monitor daily production performance based on the defined KPI (OEE, productivity, IDC, .) and react target deviation in collaboration with team and escalate to superior if necessary.
• Ensure production data record (hourly output, loss time) and booking to SAP system.
• Control the document using in the shopfloor and support industry 4.0's activity related to operation.
• Request workon to ensure daily consumable goods, tool and equipment.
• Follow up the policy deployment and continuous improvement by attend and motivate all subordinate join all activity.
• Confirm 4M change and keep the latest production documents.
• Support and prepare shopfloor according to HmjP's growth such as trial activities.
• Prepare the production daily report and production problem report base on requirement.
• Perform RELOWISA to control inventory and assign KANBAN to the system and machines to keep minimize WIP and enough for support production plan.
• Maintain and Implement activities related to Bosch Production System (BPS) such as 140, 5S and etc.
• Support improvement and cost saving in manufacturing.
   

Education Background:

• High Vocational Certificate or above.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of working experience in People Management.

• Fair communication skills in English, both in reading and writing or other language is advantage.

• Basic knowledge in injection molding process.

• Experience in plastic mold industry.

• Knowledge or experience in SAP shop floor key user and SAP analysis.

• Knowledge or experience in control production process, automation, or molding part.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally. 

• Willingness to take on additional responsibilities or special assignments as required.
