Job Description
- Perform all tasks assigned by the immediate superior in accordance to the specifications and schedule.
- Plan and organize use of resources effectively to meet OEE, productivity, internal failure cost target.
- Work with all levels of the organization to improve quality levels, providing customer with “Zero Defect Product” and “100% On-Time Delivery”.
- To translate the company’s objective into department goals and ensure the goals are cascaded to Production line leader and operator levels.
- Create an environment that is culturally embedded in a “Quality First” mentality.
- To maintain records for all downtime and to clinically analyze the lost opportunity for improvement.
- To initiate project, evaluation and study for capacity and quality improvement.
- To follow up and summarize the entire pilot builds failure into “OPEN POINT LIST”.
- Instill a continuous improvement mentality to production line leader and operator level.
- Establish performance indicators and evaluate production line leader and operator level.
- To Lead “CIP” production daily management meeting.
- To liaise with TEF group for improvement.
- To perform the production line process confirmation.
- To provide support and guidance to line leaders, technicians and operators on their daily tasks.
- To ensure production line leaders, technicians and operators follow quality control procedure and all the BPS activities and procedures.
- Review line leaders, technicians and operators performance on quarterly basic and provide Guidance to improve his/her performance.
- Coordinate and follow up various departments to ensure smooth execution day to day activities.
- Responsible for year end physical inventory count.
- Enforce safety and 5’S activity assigned by superior.
- To evaluated and prepared year end GPD for subordinates.
- Any other duties assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Operation/Production/Engineering/Quality or related field
- At least 5-10 years working of experience in this field
- Communicate well with all levels within the company
- Leading a large group of operation with >50 blue collar and white staffs
- Decisive, quickly move to implement decision
- Organize project and people to get things done
- Always put “Quality” as top priority to achieve “Best in Class” operation
- Lean Manufacturing Concept (BPS)
- Strong problem-solving skills
