Bosch Motorsport develops and manufactures motorsport electronics and motorsport components. As a part of the system development partner Bosch Engineering Systems, we deliver our products to complete racing series and individual teams and racers. Job Description
Robert Bosch (Australia) is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Undergraduate Marketing and Social Media Student to join our Motorsports department on a Part-Time basis for 12 months commencing July 2026.
You will gain valuable experience and knowledge as an integral part of our Motorsports team. Some of the tasks that you will undertake with us include:
- Supporting the Marketing team’s implementation, evaluation and evolution of the Bosch Motorsport Australia marketing strategy
- Creating marketing assets such as videography, still shots, product photography and event material to support the promotional activities of Bosch Motorsport
- Assisting with day-to-day administrative and logistical activities associated with the marketing function and activities

Qualifications
To be considered for our Student Program, you are required to meet the following criteria:
- You must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree, with at least 12 months of study remaining, and have already completed at least one year of a Marketing, Business, or Communications Undergraduate degree.
- Interest in the automotive / motorsport industry and basic knowledge of automotive parts / systems
- Excellent attention to detail, be able to prioritise multiple tasks, work well within a team.
- Strong written English communication skills and ability to present information confidently.
- Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders, including senior team members, while also working effectively individually.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with social media platforms and mobile devices, such as Meta, Instagram, Linkedin.
- Graphic design capability using MS‑compatible tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightbox).
- Driver’s License is desirable.
- Have a strong interest in innovation and open to opportunities to combine your studies with on-the-job learning.
