Job Description
As a manager within our HR Service Team for North America, you will lead HR generalist and specialists in HR Service to support our HR Business Partners and associates across the region while focusing on ensuring customer satisfaction and the quality of our results. This position provides an opportunity to take ownership of a wide range of HR topics which support the North American business, covering Payroll, Rewarding, and HR Personnel Administration for our Home Comfort division to name a few.
General Job Responsibilities
- Installing the team, technology, and processes to support the HR Services organization for the Home Comfort division in North America in a Workday environment
Leading the team which serves as the central point of contact for all HR inquiries across the region, ensuring positive customer experiences while developing, installing, and enabling standard work and knowledge management systems within the team.
Developing and improving visual management within the team to ensure cost, quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction targets are met.
Leading continuous improvement initiatives and supporting the launch of new programs or service areas for the region.
Leading, coaching, and mentoring associates in problem solving, process improvement, project management, and positive customer relations skills.
Communicating, coordinating, and collaborating with colleagues across the organization to ensure positive outcomes for the team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years' experience in Human Resources and Payroll operations in a shared services environment
5+ years team leadership or project leadership experience
Experience with Workday payroll and Kronos time management systems
Positive customer relations and communication skills to educate, inform, and influence others in an effective way
Demonstrated process improvement, project management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely at a professional level, orally and in writing, in English (C1)
