Ensure the efficient performance of production lines by controlling key indicators, monitoring the production plan, confirming documentation, tracking faults, managing certifications, and implementing corrective actions and improvement initiatives, while ensuring compliance with operational standards, team discipline, and proper coordination during shift change.

Main Responsabilities.

  1. Oversee the execution of the daily and weekly production plan, ensuring targets are met on time and coordinating with support areas to resolve any deviations.
  2. Define and implement strategies to ensure operators obtain the required certifications according to production needs.
  3. Verify that all operational documentation, work instructions, and records are updated, available at the workstation, and correctly followed by associates.
  4. Lead and actively participate in Gemba walks and DMM board meetings to review performance, identify issues, and drive action plans.
  5. Monitor recurring failures or process interruptions, document incidents, and escalate issues to trigger timely corrective actions.
  6. Track and follow up on IDC actions to ensure proper closure and implementation of preventive measures.
  7. Address disciplinary cases professionally and provide constructive feedback to employees to maintain performance and workplace standards.
  8. Ensure the correct application of BPS tools and methodologies on the production floor to drive standardization and continuous improvement.
  9. Coordinate effective shift handovers by communicating key information, open issues, and priorities to ensure operational continuity.
  10. Participate in and lead improvement projects focused on productivity, quality, safety, and efficiency, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  11. Implement and monitor corrective actions derived from audits, incidents, or performance deviations to prevent recurrence.
  12. Supervise daily operations to ensure adherence to quality, safety, process, and housekeeping standards across the production area.

Requisitos

Bachelor's Degree

3-7 years of experience

English: Intermedio/Avanzado
