Job Description
Support Software and Go-To-Market teams in ensuring seamless customer experiences for the RideCare product line. This role focuses on supporting local application engineering development, Go-To-Market initiatives, customer demonstrator development, and local operating needs. It is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where you'll contribute to customer satisfaction and data-driven decisions—and yes, sometimes that means rolling up your sleeves on tasks that aren't always glamorous.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Go-To-Market and Engineering teams to support demonstrator development for product marketing.
- Support the Engineering team with system evaluations, performance tracking and data collection of next generation devices
- Document processes, workflows, and best practices on internal wikis and knowledge-sharing platforms to strengthen organizational learning.
- Take on additional projects and operational support tasks as needed to help the team succeed.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a program for Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of two semesters completed with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Proficiency with data analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- Strong communication skills (oral and written) to collaborate effectively with global team members and customers
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python or SQL
- Hands-on experience with Linux environments, including embedded systems
- Familiarity with hardware development, including Single Board Computers such as Arduino and Raspberry Pi

Individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
