Job Description
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform planned maintenance and predictive maintenance to ensure machine reliability and performance.
- Analyze and eliminate machine problems to reduce breakdown time and prevent recurring issues.
- Prepare and manage appropriate machine spare parts to avoid long machine downtime and optimize spare parts inventory.
- Record, analyze, and track daily maintenance performance based on key maintenance KPIs.
- Drive maintenance cost reduction through PDCA activities such as in-house repair, machine life extension, local supplier utilization, and skill development.
- Create work instructions and share technical knowledge with the maintenance and production teams.
- Promote and implement 5S and safety improvement activities in the workplace.
- Contribute to and comply with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements.

Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
Language Skills
- Able to communicate in English.
Job Relevant Knowledge and Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing machine maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good leadership capability and teamwork mindset.
Skills and Technical Knowledge
- Knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical, and Control Systems
- Hands-on experience with PLC, HMI, Servo Motor, Robot, Laser Marking, Vision Camera
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings; basic knowledge of CAD or SolidWorks is an advantage.
- Familiar with maintenance procedures, troubleshooting, and safety practices such as LOTO and electrical safety work.
