Job Description

  1. Providing IT Support for Bosch Indonesia users following IT Service Management processes
  2. Operation of End Client Devices (IT Fleet Management and Manage Print Services), including of support and troubleshooting for all Bosch Indonesia locations
  3. Conducting End User Enabling service together with Bosch Digitalization Indonesia associates
  4. Supporting Bosch Digitalization Indonesia colleagues in their role as Local IT Infrastructure Partner and Local Services Support roles
  5. Actively contributing in Local and Regional Team Meetings

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in IT-related field
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Have customer-oriented attitude

Additional Information

  • Full-time paid internship
  • For Mid of June - December period
  • Open for COLLEGE STUDENTS ONLY (will not graduate during the internship program)
