Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • The SDM (Service Delivery Manger) – Process Consulting is responsible for leading a group of highly experienced process consulting team across multiple domains and geographies.
  • This role requires a balance of functional expertise and managerial acumen, including driving business process excellence, ensuring alignment of technology with business goals, developing consulting talent, and developing a high-performance team.
  • The leader is expected to act as a key enabler for innovation, organizational capability building, and client engagement.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and partners to identify new consulting opportunities.
  • Build strategic alliances with external vendors, technology partners, and academic institutions.
  • Represent the function in global forums, customer engagements, and partner ecosystems.
  • Define and evolve the functional consulting vision, roadmap, and competency development strategy aligned with digital transformation goals.
  • Own and drive the adoption of standardized end-to-end business processes across global business units and plants.
  • Promote process innovation and digital transformation by identifying emerging industry trends, technologies, and tools relevant to Bosch.
  • Lead a group of 4 teams with process consultants, project/test managers.
  • Drive team development through mentorship, performance management, and career progression planning.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and high performance across the consulting group.
  • Spearhead onboarding, competency development, and leadership grooming initiatives within the team.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 15+ years of Enterprise IT experience with 5+ years of leading digital transformation programs.
  • Proven experience managing large cross-functional teams and delivering strategic consulting engagements.
  • In-depth experience in technology adoption and change management across the teams
  • Proven experience in managing large program’s Exposure to build high performance teams ground up.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and Change
  • Management to Manage complex stakeholder landscapes across geographies and business domains
  • Entrepreneurial mindset to identify business opportunities and grow the portfolio
  • Good understanding of the enterprise IT landscape, operations and in-depth understanding of the business use-cases in respective domain.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead in multicultural, matrixed global organizations.
  • Experience in handling large teams, competency management and team career development Definite added advantage (Desirable but not mandatory)
  • Domain knowledge across multiple process areas (e.g., O2C, EWM, SCM, Manufacturing, etc.)
  • Certified in SAP, PMP/Prince2, or equivalent credentials
  • Preferred Location: Hyderabad

Qualifications

BE/ME or MBA with Supply Chain specialization
