Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Design, test, and refine prompts for AI models to achieve desired outputs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, and business) to understand requirements
Optimize prompt performance through experimentation and iteration
Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, bias, and relevance
Develop prompt libraries, templates, and best practices
Monitor and improve model outputs based on user feedback and analytics
Document prompt strategies and maintain version control
Stay updated with advancements in AI and prompt engineering techniques
Qualifications
Educational qualification:
BE in Computer Science Engineering
Certification in AI prompt Engineering
Experience:
3- 6 years’ experience with prompt tuning, fine-tuning, or AI model evaluation
Knowledge of data annotation and training processes
Exposure to tools like OpenAI APIs or similar AI platforms
Background in linguistics, content strategy, or UX writing
Mandatory/requires Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Linguistics, or a related field
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, especially NLP (Natural Language Processing)
Experience working with large language models (e.g., GPT-based systems)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with programming languages like Python (preferred)
Ability to experiment, iterate, and optimize workflows
