► Processing import documentation and preparing import data in the GTS system for Switzerland
► Monitoring import/export customs clearance in compliance with CD Customs (ICS controls) across various EMEA entities
► Preparation and archiving of FTSC department documentation
► Other supporting and administrative tasks

► Final-year student or university graduate in Economics, Business Administration, Logistics, Law, or a related field
► Strong communication skills, motivation, proactivity, and reliability
► Customer-oriented mindset with strong service ethics
► Friendly, flexible personality with telephone communication experience
► Ability to work effectively in a team environment
► Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
► Good command of English
