• Set up/optimize long term material plan according to market forecast/consumption/capacity, coordination with supplier to ensure material preparation and capacity reservation.
• Material planning and ordering from suppliers, monitor plan/order implementation to ensure on time delivery.
•  Past Due and Missing part for production daily check to ensure no impact on production orders and Customer OTD
• Coordinate with plant to deal with unqualified material, push inspection process for urgent material and physical material transferring etc. internal process.
• Communicate with production planner in time to fulfill customer demand
•  Material Inventory control to meet KPI requirement.
• Responsible for related material project to optimize supply chain and improve supplier delivery performance
• Logistical supplier management (support supplier on boarding; supplier KPI tracking; logistical support of suppliers in bottleneck situations; coordination of annual alignments with suppliers on logistic parameters for SA, EDI, TLV, etc)

• Bachelor’s degree BA, Engineering, Logistics, etc.
• Profound knowledge and experience in MRP II/SAP, MM. lean logistic, Pull System (incl. Kanban and Supermarket),
• Familiar with MS OFFICE, good at PC skill and good knowledge in SAP material planning
• Logical and Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) thinking
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
•  Open, proactive communicator and team player
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work under pressure
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience in production, logistics, or project management is a plus
