Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
The GTM EA (Go-to-Market Europe & Asia) team plays a key role across all ecosystem operations—from requirement gathering and stakeholder management to KPI tracking. The team's mission is to effectively communicate the value of the PRO Ecosystem both internally and externally. As PRO360 is the main platform for collecting end-user data, the GTM function focuses on developing and delivering solutions.
The Go-to-Market Manager for the PRO Ecosystem is responsible for executing the ecosystem strategy by:
- Collaborating with regional stakeholders and participating in country meetings to understand user needs and gather local requirements;
- Identifying business development opportunities and supporting the daily operations and rollout of offerings and services within the region;
- Developing and delivering communication materials—including newsletters, flyers, and content briefs for Marketing teams and external agencies—to highlight ecosystem benefits and digital offers;
- Monitoring KPIs and driving optimization initiatives to enhance ecosystem performance;
- Maintaining and updating the PRO360 Launch Package in collaboration with Product Owners and relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- Proficiency in English;
- Solid marketing knowledge with a strong sense for branding and visual communication;
- Proficiency in MS Office;
- Basic project management skills;

- Strong communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal);
- Effective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration;
- Content creation skills;
