Join Our Team as a Finance Operations Specialist!
Are you a meticulous and proactive individual with a passion for numbers and a desire to contribute to a dynamic finance team? We're seeking a talented Finance Operations Specialist to play a crucial role in supporting our Controlling and Credit Management functions.
In this exciting role, you'll be working in:
- Empowering Financial Performance: Providing essential support to our Controlling team, helping us maintain fiscal health and strategic decision-making.
- Strengthening Client Relationships: Assisting with Credit Management activities, ensuring smooth and supportive interactions with our valued partners.
- Ensuring Governance & Compliance: Supporting the maintenance and updates of our Company's Signatory Policy, contributing to our strong governance framework.
Beyond your core responsibilities, you'll also have the opportunity to:
- Drive Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate closely with the Head of Department on various ad-hoc projects, contributing your skills to impactful, company-wide initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft office, especially in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, basic analysis).
- Comfortable working with numbers and datasets.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Additional Information
Preferably 6 months internship period.
