Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Intern to support our Original Equipment (OE) division. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer relationship management, sales support, and operational coordination, playing a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing OE product inquiries and help document customer requirements to inform sales and product strategies.
  • Support the follow-up on delivery status and order progress for OE parts, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Help process OE customer orders, including handling Purchase Orders and coordinating with our internal teams (e.g., SO Manila).
  • Assist in the accurate handling of Part Numbers for Original Equipment Service (OES), critical for sales accuracy and inventory management.
  • Gain exposure to customer pricing structures and Inter-Company Pricing Transfer (IPT) agreements.

Projects & Learning Exposure:

As a Marketing & Sales Intern, you will gain practical experience by:

  • Supporting coordination with the OE Team on project-related tasks.
  • Assisting our planning department in coordinating stock arrangements for OE.
  • Contributing to the marketing team's initiatives as needed.
  • Preparing reports (upon request only) to provide valuable operational and sales insights for decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Offices
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferably 6 months of internship
