We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as a Production Smart Start.

Your contribution to something big:

• Support Production Quality Engineers in daily operational and improvement activities on the production line.

• Assist in the preparation and updating of work instructions to ensure process standardization and clarity.

• Contribute to Carepoint preparations and related quality documentation.

• Support updates of preventive maintenance documentation in alignment with production and quality requirements.

• Participate in process mapping and continuous improvement activities to enhance operational efficiency.

• Assist in process confirmation activities and support the implementation of Quality Basic Principles.

• Support document archiving and deployment of quality documentation to line leaders.

• Assist in problem-solving activities related to production quality issues.

• Contribute to data entry automation initiatives within digital tools (e.g., Daily Digital Leadership Routine, Nexeed).

• Support routine KPI monitoring and reporting for production quality performance.

What distinguishes you:

• 3rd-year or Master’s student in Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical-Electronical/Mechatronic Engineering departments
• Level of English ≥ intermediate level (able to communicate with international Bosch stakeholders)
• 5 days/week working availability is preferred
• Willing to work; with SAP, for office admin processes, in production area at shopfloor
• Usage of MS office is essential and automatization tool knowledge such as "Power BI" would be an asset
