Your contribution to something big:

• Supporting the project team in daily operations and reporting
• Assisting project processes from project offering to serial production launch (quoting, scheduling, on-site commissioning and final agreement with the customer)
• Working with different departments and plants and supporting customer communication
• Contributing new ideas to improve project management processes
• Supporting the coordination of project teams according to project timelines
• Assisting with task assignments and alignment with team members
• Coordinating internal and external resources to meet customer requirements
• Supporting the tracking of actions during the commissioning phase of projects

What distinguishes you:

• 3rd or 4th year undergraduate students or postgraduate students in Mechanical Engineering
• Very good command of English (German is an asset)
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Collaborative and customer-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A proactive team player
