Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Demand Planning and Executor to join our organization in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will be responsible for forecasting demand, developing comprehensive export plans, and executing supply chain strategies that drive operational efficiency and business growth. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between sales, operations, and logistics, while maintaining compliance with international export regulations and optimizing our supply chain performance.

  • Analyze historical sales data and market trends to develop accurate demand forecasts for export markets
  • Create and maintain demand plans that align with business objectives and sales targets
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, and logistics teams to ensure alignment on inventory levels and production schedules
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and supply chain metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Manage receiving, processing, tracking, and fulfilling customer orders to ensure accurate and efficient delivery of products or services.
  • Coordinate export projects for timely completion and achievement of desired results.
  • Manage export documentation, compliance requirements, and regulatory adherence
  • Optimize production and procurement schedules based on demand forecasts and inventory analysis
  • Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for stakeholder review
  • Identify potential supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Execute demand plans and adjust strategies based on market dynamics and business needs
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity in planning systems
  • Execute bottleneck parts to achieve maximum order fulfillment.

Qualifications

  • BE/B.Tech in any related stream. MBA in supply chain is desirable.
  • 4-5 years of professional experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or related field
  • Proficiency with demand planning tools and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JDA, or equivalent)
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization
  • Solid understanding of export regulations, international trade compliance, and documentation requirements
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across departments
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Advanced knowledge of logistics and freight forwarding processes, including selecting appropriate shipping methods, carriers.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Hands-on experience with export operations or international supply chain management
  • Familiarity with supply chain optimization techniques and best practices
  • Experience with business intelligence (BI) tools or advanced analytics platforms
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and forecasting methodologies
  • Certification in supply chain management or related field
