Job Description

► Become familiar with the project, its objectives, scope, and internal processes
► Gain hands-on experience in project coordination and the application of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Scrumban, and hybrid approaches
► Actively participate in team meetings and Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives)
► Support the organization and coordination of project kick-offs, Agile ceremonies, workshops, and other team sessions
► Assist in project planning, progress tracking, and other project management activities
► Contribute to the preparation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of project documentation and internal project management practices

Qualifications

► High motivation and a passion for becoming a great Project Manager/Agile Master
► Final years of undergraduate studies or Master’s studies, preferably in organizational or technical sciences
► Full-time intern
► Excellent English communication skills
► Strong communication skills
► Good organizational skills

Considered a plus:

► Participation in student projects
► Interest in digital topics

The application process for candidates:

Step 1: We want to keep high motivation in our team so we would like to have the most motivated candidates who would be the perfect fit for our team. In order to ensure that, we've prepared two tasks as guidance for your application process. Both tasks can be done in PPT/Excel/Word and then transferred into PDF and attached as part of the application.

  1. Task 1: Please write (no more than one page in word) an answer to the following question: Do you, and how, practice the agile approach in your life?
  2. Task 2: Make a budget projection for the project which will last from February to October and consists of the following costs: operative costs, travel costs, and one fixed cost for project quality revision.
  • Operative costs (team)
  • Junior software developer, 1 person (50% from full-time capacity)
  • Senior software developer, 2 people (25% and 40% from full-time capacity)
  • Medior Product owner, 1 person (50% from full-time capacity)
  • Medior QA, 2 people (oba 100% from full-time capacity)

Travel:

  • In total there are three planned trips: one in February for three team members, one in June for two team members, and one in October for the entire team.

Fixed costs:

  • The only fixed cost is the cost of project quality revision which should be charged at once in the total amount of 3.500 euros.

Step 2:  Attach all documents together with the application. In case you have trouble attaching more than one file, both tasks can be done in PowerPoint or Word and, together with the CV, transferred into one PDF file and attached as the final application. Please create everything in English and submit your application no later than 16.03.2026.

Step 3: After we screen all the applications (with a completed task), if you are fulfilling all the requirements you will be contacted for an on-site interview.

Application without submitted completed task won't be taken into consideration.
