职位描述

•Translate global frameworks into actionable hub-level concepts, consolidating inputs from Hub Trade
Marketing and Hub Brand Activation, and country-specific Trade Marketing activities, and adopting them to hub
priorities
•Set hub-level media and channel mix, consolidate MSP and steer C-budget allocation guided by country
targets, optimizing resource use across Hub and markets to maximize ROI
•Integrate global performance tracking and reporting frameworks to regional level, ensuring consolidation of
campaign and touchpoint KPIs across all levels for a holistic view of hub marketing effectiveness
Steer Hub and country-specific Trade Marketing activities - incl. launch coordination, retail online, pricing/
promotions, product assortment/ price setting, sales support, events – and country-specific in-store & POS
activation, product training, and local initiatives, ensuring consistency and alignment with hub objectives
Steer Hub Brand Activation activities, incl. digital platforms & SoMe/ influencer, and on-/ offline content execution,
ensuring brand coherence and relevance across hub markets
•Steer and guide effective process for briefing local requirements to regions on e.g., paid media purchasing or
SoMe execution
•Develop processes for content requests from CPH, for adoption and localization, e.g., for “local-for-local”
campaigns
•Oversee hub event processes and sign off on key events, ensuring quality, relevance, and strategic alignment
with both regional standards and local customer needs
•Collaborate closely with Hub CBDs and country CBDs, ensuring seamless alignment of strategies, processes,
and execution across all levels

职位要求

•Senior-level experience in marketing strategy and operations leadership

•Proven expertise in marketing frameworks, budget management and performance tracking

•Strong communicator with a track record of leading diverse, multinational teams

•Exceptional communication skills, Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) are essential; additional languages an advantage

•Proven experience at Salary Level (SL1) or identified as high-potential (Talent Pool SL2)

•Currently holds a leadership position with demonstrated success
