Job Description

An SAP Consultant Intern supports the implementation, configuration, and testing of SAP modules (e.g., FICO, SD, MM) by translating business requirements into technical solutions. Responsibilities include assisting with system upgrades, creating technical documentation, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with functional teams on end-to-end projects. 

Job Description & Responsibilities

  • System Configuration: Assist in configuring SAP modules to meet business requirements.
  • Testing & Troubleshooting: Participate in functional unit testing, integration testing, and debugging, including identifying and resolving system issues.
  • Documentation: Create and update technical documents, process flows, and user guides.
  • Data Management: Support master data cleansing, migration, or maintenance tasks.
  • Project Support: Work with the SAP Core team to support business processes and project milestones.
  • Support: Assist end-users with troubleshooting and resolving tickets (if any)

Qualifications

  • Education: 3rd or final-year student in in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • Official university recommendation letter with stamp (mandatory)
  • Commitment: full-time or at least 4 days/week
  • Skills: Basic knowledge of business processes (e.g., Supply Chain, Finance) and experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); SAP skills are preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Attributes: Quick learner, eager to work with new technology, and capable of working in teams.
