Job Description
This role is hybrid remote with 60% monthly in-office presence at the Mount Prospect, Illinois office (3 days in the office per week).
The Sales Analyst supports the North American Sia Abrasives business by collecting, analyzing, and reporting performance data to strengthen day-to-day sales execution and decision-making. This role serves as a key partner to the Sia sales team and leadership by providing pricing, product, and customer insights.
Job duties include:
- Preparing full funnel pricing, product, and customer performance data to support sales execution.
- Reviewing customer sales figures and trade agreement pricing to ensure discounts and pricing levels are accurate and compliant.
- Serving as the primary contact for setting up new accounts, entering prices, and performing all pricing updates in SAP.
- Reviewing and maintaining customer master data in SAP, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Identifying and strategically solving gaps or inefficiencies in existing business processes.
- Cross-training team members on business analyst methodologies to strengthen continuity and operational resilience.
- Supporting communication of pricing, forecasts, and marketing updates to assist the Sia team.
- Partnering cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer service, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth business execution and alignment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, marketing, or related field required, or 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
- Experience in marketing and/or customer service, with a strong understanding of pricing models and strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Advanced proficiency in SAP or relevant sales software.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven team player with strong collaboration and communication skills across departments.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $92,000 to $103,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
