• Operational Support
  • Record, analyze, and visualize production parameters and systems.
  • Contribute to defining and updating standards for industrial engineering processes.
• Collaboration & Communication
  • Work with other Bosch factories and central engineering teams.
  • Share insights and ideas to improve processes and reduce costs.
• Process Improvement
  • Assist in implementing productivity measurement tools.
  • Support ergonomic improvement initiatives and cost reduction efforts.
• Training & Documentation
  • Help deliver training on ergonomic principles and production standards.
  • Learn and apply industrial engineering tools like MTM.
• Administrative Tasks
  • Collect data and prepare KPI reports.
  • Ensure compliance with CljP procedures.
• Support PDM (product data management) with SAP updates
• Analyze data and prepare reports regarding CT (Cycle time) using different data sources

• Education: You are enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Engineering, Economics, or related fields
• Conversational English skills, because you will communicate with our multicultural colleagues
• We are looking for a medium level of Microsoft Office (Excel), because you will be responsible to process input data
• Interest in learning about processes from a manufacturing factory
• Show willingness for support and administration of the plant ramp-up
• Express initiative for learning about the latest trends in technology
• Be able to communicate and collaborate with our colleagues from different departments
• Personal Traits: Organized, results-oriented, and adaptable
