This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.

Manufacturing Plant: The Company is constructing its first plant of the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of production 1 million fuel injector units every year. With the new fuel injector plant we are able to meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.

R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.

• Plan in-house mold maintenance based on high production demand

• Work closely with the Lead Plant to resolve mold repair issues.

• Transfer and implement mold maintenance expertise from the Lead Plant.

• Lead and plan the release of new in-house mold projects.

• Support productivity improvement projects in the tool shop, such as reducing service time and enhancing technician competency.

• Support quality improvement for molding spare parts and stock optimization.

• Drive tool availability improvements through projects such as system CIP (Continuous Improvement Process).

Education Background:

• Bachelor’s in Engineering or related fields (Tool & Die / Plastic Molding are preferrable).

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience with Tool & Die molding, including tool servicing, cleaning, and preventive maintenance.

• Experience in mold maintenance planning.

• Advanced problem-solving skills, including the 8D process for tooling and molding issues.

• Ability to read and interpret 2D and 3D technical drawings.

• Hands-on experience in plastic injection molding repair and service.

• Solid understanding of the plastic injection molding process.

• Proficiency in English (speaking and listening).
