Job Description
At Bosch eBike we are developing award-winning products and features for bike riders world-wide. We are looking for an Software Infrastructure - Test and Automation Engineer with a passion for eBikes. Bosch is in the forefront when it comes to eBike Systems.
Implement test functions using C# and CAPL.
Work with industry‑leading tools such as Vector CANoe and Vector vTESTstudio.
Perform debugging and initial operation of test functions on the software test bench.
Conduct requirement reviews for software components.
Analyze root causes of failed tests and document defects.
Create detailed test reports for executed software tests.
Qualifications
Education
Master’s degree in Embedded Systems, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Experience
Hands‑on experience in software testing, test automation, or embedded systems validation.
Experience with CAN‑based tools (CANoe, vTESTstudio) and version‑control/CI tools (Git, Jira, GitHub, Jenkins).
Familiarity with requirements management processes.
Know‑how
Programming skills in C# and CAPL.
Knowledge of functional safety standards (ISO 26262, ISO 13849/FUSI) is a plus.
Experience with Lauterbach debugging tools is preferred.
Understanding of battery systems, chargers, or similar components is an advantage.
Languages
Good English proficiency; German is a plus.
